All orders are carefully packed and shipped from California, USA.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to U.S. territories, military (APO/FPO), or Freely Associated States (Palau, Micronesia, Marshall Islands) at this time.
U.S. Mainland Shipping
We offer simple flat-rate shipping within the continental U.S.:
- Free Shipping — on orders $150+
- $12.50 — for orders $80–$149.99
- $6.50 — for orders under $80
Alaska & Hawaii
Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and preferred shipping speed.
These regions are not eligible for flat-rate or free shipping due to carrier surcharges.
Express Shipping Options

We offer UPS expedited services at checkout:
UPS 2nd Day Air® — typically delivers within 2 business days after shipment
UPS Next Day Air Saver® — typically delivers by the next business day (end of day), after shipment
Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, which provides the most accurate delivery estimate.
International Shipping
International shipping is not yet available — but it’s on our roadmap for the near future.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned as refused, undeliverable, or due to an insufficient address will incur return-shipping costs. These costs vary based on the shipping method used for the original order.
Non–Final Sale Orders
Refunds for non–final-sale items will be issued minus all shipping charges and an $8 undeliverable-package fee.
These amounts will be deducted from your original payment.
Reshipments
Please place a new order with the correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent.
Final Sale Orders
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Additional Notes
Shipping times may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.
We’re not responsible for delays once the package has been accepted by the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to assist if issues arise.
