Refund policy
We want you to love every Viv & Leigh item you receive — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
- Bundled items must be returned as a complete set
- You must contact us before sending your item back
Email us at hello@vivandleigh.com with your order number to begin your return. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and simple instructions.
Kindly ship your return within 7 days of receiving your return label so we can process your refund smoothly.
Returns not shipped within this window may no longer be eligible for refund or exchange.
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund — minus any applicable return fee — will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Accessories (charms, patches, straps, etc.)
- Discounted bundles or promotional sets
- Sale or markdown items
- Personalized or custom items
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition or missing packaging
Flash Sale Items
Items purchased during flash sales are eligible for refund or store credit (gift card) only within 14 days of delivery, and cannot be exchanged, due to limited-time pricing and availability.
Refunds or credits will be issued at the discounted purchase price.
A flat $8 return shipping fee applies to all flash sale returns, including those refunded to store credit.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer one free exchange per order — we’ll cover both the return label and the shipping of your new item.
Want to swap your item instead of a refund? Just let us know in your return email.
Please note that exchanges must meet the same return eligibility criteria.
Store Credit
Prefer store credit instead of a refund or exchange?
We’ll issue you a Viv & Leigh digital gift card for the full value of your item — no return fee deducted.
It never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, unless you’ve requested a store credit or exchange.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@vivandleigh.com with your order number and clear photos.
